Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • organic black beans- drained  (canned or soaked dried beans)
  • 1/2 a diced onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Roasted red pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2  tsp  cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • sea salt to your taste
  1. Saute the onion in a skillet in the olive oil.
  2. Add garlic and stir.
  3. Pour in drained beans, roasted red pepper and seasonings.
  4. Stir and heat throughout.
  5. Last place all ingredients in a food processor and whirl. Add  1 Tbsp. water to make it lose if you want
