Ingredients
- organic black beans- drained (canned or soaked dried beans)
- 1/2 a diced onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 Roasted red pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- sea salt to your taste
- Saute the onion in a skillet in the olive oil.
- Add garlic and stir.
- Pour in drained beans, roasted red pepper and seasonings.
- Stir and heat throughout.
- Last place all ingredients in a food processor and whirl. Add 1 Tbsp. water to make it lose if you want
