"Not so fudgy" Fudge

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups pitted dates
  • 4 Tbsp Natural Organic honey or Agave
  • 1 scoop of Chocolate protein powder (optional)
  • 1 Cup Walnuts ( chopped)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp Almond butter (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until it forms into a clump. Work it into one inch balls and set in the fridge to set up. If you do not use Protein Powder then add an extra Tbsp. of Cocoa powder.


*Optional*
You can melt Enjoylife chocolate chips as directed and coat them in chocolate and let cool in the fridge one more time.
