Dairy Free Chocolate Mousse Pie

Pie Crust
1 cup dates
1 cup walnuts
1 cup almonds
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp honey

Process in a food processor until it is a bit pasty. Press into a pie dish and bake on 350 for 10 minutes.


Filling
1 package of firm Tofu
1 package of Enjoy Life chocolate chips

Melt the chocolate in a double broiler. In a food processor combine the melted chocolate and  tofu. When it's creamy pour into the pre-baked pie shell. Last refrigerate for one hour. So delishous.
