1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cups sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp local honey
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup oats
1/3 cup dried cherries
4-5 Tbsp water
Process it all together in a food processor. Press into a 8x8 dish. Bake on 350 degrees for 10 min.
