Each week the meals are cooked fresh, delivered in containers, & ready to heat and eat on Mondays. Clear instructions are given on re-heating meals and putting items together. Coolers will be picked up on Saturday once done. The menu changes weekly, but favorites are noted. My focus is on healthy eating & some Gluten free options. Meals feed families of up to 4. Each additional serving is $10 per week.
