Protein Cake in a Cup
Ingredients
1 egg
1 egg white
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup Almond meal flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Honey, Agave, or stevia
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
(optional 1 Tbsp PB2 Powdered peanut butter)
Stir all wet ingredients first into the cup and then the dry. Mix very well. Microwave for 1 minute. Eat. I like to eat mine with Oikos Vanilla Yogurt.
